Dear Jerry,

As you know, I have experimented with microbes and/or enzymes from over a dozen companies. I found products that worked to some degree but was never 100% satisfied.  I always knew that there had to be something better. 

Just a few months ago when I first spoke to you, I was skeptical.  I have spent the last six years developing a treatment system that is superior and just needed a superior microbe to go with my treatment system.  Every manufacturer says they have the best product on the market.  But, when you offered a free sample, enough to do a small area (20 cubic yards of soil) in the field, I was impressed.   A free sample from any other company is usually a 40 ml vile or less of product. 

I followed your directions on brewing the microbes and the results from the test site were excellent.  One small pilot test does not make a great microbe.  The next step was to place an order, which I did and began using the product on a site I had been treating for over two years.  This site was contaminated with VOAs and was not cleaning up.  The lithology consisted of Florida muck and marrow, 6-15 feet below the surface.  After three months and four treatments, all the monitoring wells except one, were below detection levels.  The well still contaminated had only one constituent, benzene, above state levels.  Benzene was 2 ppb; the state level is 1 ppb. 

I tried your bugs on a new site with total levels (BTEX, Naphthalene, and MTBE) in the most contaminated well at 20,000 ppb. and the lithology consisted of contaminated soil from 7 -18 feet with groundwater contamination at 10 feet.  An old pump and treat system had lowered the water table from 10 feet to 18 feet.  When the system was turned off, the groundwater returned to normal leaving contaminated soil below the water table.  After four treatments in three months, all the wells are below detection levels except the most contaminated well.  The total levels are less than 400 ppb. and one or two more treatments should take care of this site.

I used your product on a third site where after two years & 23 treatments, minimal progress was being made. Several other microbial/enzyme products had been utilized on this site with little success.  The lithology consisted of dense clay & limestone.  Soil contamination was from 2-7 feet below surface and groundwater contamination from 7 – 15 feet.  After using your bugs for three treatments in two months, I have reduced the contamination (BTEX & Naphthalene) levels by an additional 70%.  Only one well is still contaminated on a 1 ½  acre site.  By using your product I have made more progress in two months than the last two years.

Not only do you have a superior product but I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the service was excellent.  It's great to work with someone that understands & has practical experience with field work and can relate to the problems we encounter in the field.  Obviously, I will now be using your product for all my jobs.  Keep up the good work.
